Shipping and delivery
vox is delivered online, to your account and through the API. Here's what arrives, and when.
01Nothing is shipped
vox is an online service. There are no physical goods: everything you buy is delivered to your vox account and through the API, wherever you are.
02What you receive
Credits on your vox account, and access to your dashboard and the API. Your API key is on your dashboard.
03Your account
We review new accounts by hand, usually within one working day. Once yours is approved, your key and any credits we’ve given you are on your dashboard straight away.
04When credits arrive
Credits are added to your account once your payment is confirmed, and within one working day at the latest. Your dashboard shows your balance, and every API reply carries it too.
05When results arrive
Lookups answer in seconds; allow up to 60 seconds for a social analysis. A growth playbook takes one to four minutes, and your agent collects it when it’s ready. The API reference has the detail.
06If something doesn't arrive
If credits haven’t reached your account within one working day of your payment, write to hello@voxelised.com with the payment ID, and we’ll add them or refund you.
